Functions / Options
Pivot bearings
The lifting axis ZH90 can be turned by 360 degrees with optional pivot bearings in the ceiling trolley. This enormously expands its possible uses.
Rotating latch / indexing
The lifting axle can latch and remain in a pre-defined position. This is a useful function when accuracy is needed, e.g. for screwing.
Rotating stop
Different rotating stops limit rotation of the lifting axis ZH90 as needed. This prevents collisions with other objects.
Trolley drive
The lifting axis can be pneumatically or electrically moved in the x- or y-directions at the rail system. This makes work easier and permits partially or fully automated operation.
X / Y-brake
An X / Y-brake brakes the lifting axis ZH90 in the rail system and holds it in place. The brakes can also be used to maintain a pre-defined position / parking position.
Z-brake
Brakes the lifting axis in the Z-direction. This is an additional safety feature in case of sudden pressure loss or hose break, since the column is decelerated in the Z-direction.
Z-latch
Lifting limit
Limits the lifting stroke in the Z-direction according to the customer's needs. This provides optimal support and guidance for the worker. Repeat accuracy increases.

Remote maintenance module

The GSM module permits remote maintenance and quick error analysis by Zeilhofer. All parameters can be analysed without inspection on site.
Measuring system

Pre-defined functions can be locked or cleared depending on height. This increases safety and makes operation easier.
This further relieves the worker when the lifting axis ZH90 moves automatically to the pre-defined height in the different work steps.
Safety valve
The special safety valve developed for the lifting axis ZH90 is combined with a corresponding control to prevent accelerated movement at sudden power supply and / or power drop.
Extension
The optional extension makes it possible to reach areas that are difficult to access under interfering contours, or submersion into work areas.
Synchronous extension
Double stroke
The double stroke expands the stroke of the lifting axis ZH90 by up to 100%. Large lifting heights can be implemented even under very low ceilings.

Balancer control
Movement up and down
The vertical movement of the lifting axis ZH90 is controlled with a button. An additional button accelerates the movement. Small movements are possible without pushing any buttons.
Automatic weight determination
Parts with different weights are moved vertically by the push of a button. Once the part is in the air, a button switches to balancer control.
Automatic weight adjustment

Safety control
The load can only be released when the gripper is in a defined end position, or if an index clears the action.
